Acquisition of the vines of Château de Saint-André-des-Ramières at Gigondas, with the Veyrat family. It was then composed of several parcels at Saint-André, Trignon, and La Moutte, in the Monges forest. Most of these were in the north-west of the Gigondas appellation.
